JOYHORA (the "Company") values your privacy and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and other applicable laws.

1. Purposes of Processing

  1. Account registration and management (identifying users via social sign-in, account linking).
  2. Providing the game service (saving progress, restoring data after a device change).
  3. Processing and verifying in-app purchases, handling refunds and purchase enquiries.
  4. Serving personalized advertising and operating ad SDKs.
  5. Preventing abuse, handling complaints, and delivering announcements.

The Company does not collect payment credentials such as card numbers; these are processed by Google Play or the App Store.

3. Retention Periods

  • Access logs and connection tracking data — 3 months

4. Sharing and Processing on Our Behalf

We do not provide personal data to third parties without a legal basis or your consent. To operate the Service we entrust processing to the companies below, and personal data may be transferred outside the Republic of Korea in the process.

5. Your Rights and How to Exercise Them

You may request access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, or withdrawal of consent (account deletion). Send your request to support@joyhora.com and we will act without delay.

6. Destruction of Data

When grounds for destruction arise, data is stored separately as required by law and then destroyed. Electronic files are deleted in a way that makes recovery impossible.

7. Security Measures

We restrict access rights, keep the number of people handling data to a minimum (currently managed directly by the representative alone), encrypt authentication data, and use anti-malware software.

8. Automatic Collection of Advertising Identifiers and Opt-out

We operate an SDK (Google AdMob) that automatically collects advertising identifiers (ADID/IDFA) for personalized advertising.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for users aged 14 and over, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 14.
